This form is provided to the Buyer before the contract is concluded, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and forms an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

Ommini is an internet-based software service offering AI-powered content, video and music generation and social media management tools.

As the service is provided electronically, there are no delivery costs.
The service is made available electronically through the Buyer's Ommini account immediately upon confirmation of payment.
Pro and Business plans purchased on the web are valid for 30 days from the payment date and do not renew automatically; at the end of the period the account switches to the Free plan. Additional credit packages are one-time purchases; purchased credits are added to the account upon confirmation of payment.
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form or services whose performance begins, with the consumer's consent, before the withdrawal period ends. Since Ommini services are performed immediately upon payment, with the explicit consent given by the Buyer before payment there is no right of withdrawal under this agreement.
Although it has no legal obligation to do so, the Seller offers a voluntary refund option under the conditions set out in the Refund Policy.
The invoice is issued electronically (as an e-Invoice or e-Archive Invoice) after payment and sent to the Buyer's email address.
The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller using the contact details above. In disputes, the Buyer may apply, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made, and to the Consumer Court for disputes exceeding these limits.
This form relates to purchases made on the web. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, payment and refund procedures are subject to Apple's or Google's terms.
